Overview:
This course emphasizes mastery of building a Deko graphic. This workshop teaches the essential skills of creating a graphic and playing it to air. On the third day, some intermediate fundamentals are introduced on the use of macros, the Motion Timeline Option and the ClipDeko option. Includes two additional ALEX online courses to use for review before, during, or after class: OG 101 Avid Deko Basic Operations, and OG 104 What's New in Avid Deko 4.0.

Anyone new to the Deko product line, including CG operators and broadcast art designers.

Prerequisites:
Windows competency and a basic understanding of video technology are recommended. On-air or production experience is helpful.
